On Thursday, the FPT Corporation held a ceremony in Da Nang to see-off 43 information technology (IT) engineers from across the country who are being sent to Japan to study. Thirteen of them are from Da Nang itself.
This is part of FPT’s programme of training 10,000 IT engineers abroad, and it is also part of the bilateral agreement between the corporation and Da Nang People’s Committee.
During 2015, FPT will select and send 500 IT engineers to study at the Meros Language School in Japan’s capital city Tokyo for between 6 and 12 months. After graduation, they will either then work in Japan or at IT subsidiaries of the FPT Corporation.
