Duy Tan University hosts 4th P2A partner meeting
The 4th Passage to ASEAN (P2A) partner meeting, which has “ASEAN Community After 2015: Opportunities and Challenges” as its theme, took place at Duy Tan University (DTU) in Da Nang on Thursday.
The event was organised by the university, the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies, the Viet Nam Academy of Social Sciences, and the Association of Universities and Colleges in ASEAN member countries.
Effective measures for the current and future development of the P2A were presented at the event.

Addressing the meeting, municipal People's Committee Vice Chairman Phung Tan Viet highlighted the establishment of the P2A as well as its vital role in boosting mutual understanding amongst its members, and establishing the ASEAN community.
Also on the same day, a programme entitled “Duy Tan International 2015” opened at DTU. The event featured numerous exciting activities, including an English presentation contest, a singing competition, traditional games from ASEAN countries, and national stands, decorated by DTU’s lecturers and students, which demonstrate the distinctive cultural characteristics of ASEAN countries.
