On Wednesday the Da Nang Department of Education and Training announced the minimum admission marks for the city’s public senior high schools in the 2016 - 2017 academic year.

In detail, the admission mark for Phan Chau Trinh Senior High School is 53.5 points, Hoa Vang - 51, Hoang Hoa Tham - 49.25, Tran Phu - 47.5, Nguyen Trai - 44.75, Thai Phien - 44.25, Nguyen Hien - 38, Phan Thanh Tai - 37.25, Thanh Khe - 35.5, Ngu Hanh Son - 34.5, Nguyen Thuong Hien - 33.75, Cam Le - 32.35, Ngo Quyen - 32, Ong Ich Khiem - 31, Lien Chieu – 31, Ton That Tung - 29.5, Vo Chi Cong - 26.5, and Pham Phu Thu - 26.25.

As a result, 8,498 out of the 11,888 local junior high school graduates who sat this year’s exams have been admitted to their registered public senior high schools.  Meanwhile, 234 others are eligible to be enrolled to the public senior high schools without taking the entrance exams, in accordance with the city's regulations.
