Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman Dang Viet Dung recently chaired a meeting on the development of an IT architecture framework for the city’s education and training over the 2016 - 2020 period.

IT architecture is the development of methodical IT specifications, models and guidelines, using a variety of IT notations, within a coherent IT architecture framework.

It was reported that there have been many positive results from IT applications in the local education and training sector over recent years.

Addressing the event, Vice Chairman Dung remarked that IT architecture framework will be applied in the local education and training sector on a pilot basis in the upcoming 2016 - 2017 academic year.

In detail, specific surveys on the IT applications in local schools will be conducted. In particular, IT architecture framework will be developed on the basis of the existing IT equipment, compiled data and the upgraded IT apps, in accordance with the IT system of the Ministry of Education and Training.
