The Smart City 2016 Expo - Week of Houses and Technologies will take place from 17-23 November at the National Exhibition Construction Centre in Ha Noi.

The announcement was made at a press conference which was co-orgnised by the Viet Nam National Real Estate Association (VICOREAL) and the Viet Nam Real State Association (VNREA) on 10 November in Ha Noi.

Mr Tran Ngoc Quang, General Secretary of VNREA, said that this is the first time the Smart City 2016 Expo – Week of Houses and Technologies has been held.  The intention of the event was to promote the values of real states’ products and brands.

The event will feature 1,000 stands of major domestic and foreign businesses and investors as well as leading brands in the property industry.

Smart building materials technology, clean and green technology, and optimal financial plans for house construction or interior purchasing will be showcased at the event.

Visitors will have chance to experience 'Home Tour' where they can travel from a virtual space to a real project at the expo to have an authentic sense of houses and flats.
