At a press conference on Monday it was announced that the International Conference on Information Science and Technology 2017 (ICIST 2017) will take place in Da Nang from 16 - 18 April.

The event is being jointly organised by the Viet Nam-Korea Friendship Information Technology Junior College and the University of Hong Kong.

The topics under focus will include techniques, computer science, digital signal processing, telecommunications, bioinformatics, and biomedical engineering.

In addition to thematic reports, the event will feature presentations given by international experts about robot industry and automatic applications, space robotics, smart production, smart systems in healthcare services, and applications in cars.

Since it was first held in China’s Nanjing City in 2011, ICIST has become an annual high-level international forum for researchers, educators, scientists and managers around the world to exchange their useful scientific research work, special ideas, and outstanding applications in science and information technology.
