The Smart Think Consumer 4.0 technology application replaces wallets, bank cards and loyalty cards. Aiming to bring convenience to consumers, the app only requires an Internet-connected smartphone device to accumulate bonus points at anytime, anywhere using any service within the Smart Think linkage system.
Developed by the General Director of Smart Think company, Mr Luong Ngoc Hoang, Smart Think also targets to increase sales and the number of customers at shopping venues, and business establishments, whilst supporting intelligent administration over shops’ revenue at any time.
Previously, the loyalty-card system had numerous disadvantages for both shops and the customers, as it resulted in high costs for stores in card issuance, while it was also difficult to manage and provided little interaction with customers.
Users have to store the cards in their wallets, making it difficult for them to remember and there are also many types of cards for different outlets. In addition, customers cannot manage their points and do not have access to store promotions. Furthermore, the cards have definite terms and conditions and are only used in defined stores or systems.
In comparison, using Smart Think users can redeem accumulated points for cash if needed or transfer points to their friends and family.
Currently, users can download the free app on all mobile platforms. In just one minute, they can have a handful of trusted shopping addresses built into the app. Shopping places will appear on a map, showing shops within a radius of about 20 km.
According to Do Xuan Que, Vice President of Smart Think company, with 5,000 points Smart Think customers can exchange them for 4 million VND, or use the points to purchase items equivalent to the converted amount.
In addition, Smart Think offers many other advantages, including extensive application areas. Another highlight is that users can manage their spending, knowing what items they are spending their points on, and the amount of money they will spend on selected items.
It is expected that by 2018, Smart Think will expand into the world market with easy installation.
