Conference to talk cybersecurity facts, incentives
A conference themed ‘Cybersecurity 4.0: Facts and Incentives’ is taking place in Ha Noi today (18 January) to discuss about the latest facts about information safety in the world and Viet Nam.

The event features 3 panel discussions on risks posed by the boom of Internet of Things (IoT) to information safety and solutions to Viet Nam, the establishment and operation of a security operations centre, and the world’s cybersecurity situation in 2018.
Discussions at the event are the development and application of IoT in the world and Viet Nam, risks to information safety, and experience in ensuring information security. Recommendations on information safety are also introduced.
The event is followed by a forum which gathers world-class computer security expert Mikko Hypponen and specialists from many big IT and telecom companies of Viet Nam. They are the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), internet security enterprise CMC Infosec, and technology group BKAV.
The event’s organising board expressed their hope that participants will suggest initiatives for the sake of a safe cyberspace in Viet Nam.
