The 28^th Informatics Olympiad for Vietnamese students (OLP'19), the Procon Viet Nam and the 2019 ICPC Asia Da Nang Regional Contest are now taking place at the Da Nang University of Science and Technology from 4 to 7 December.

The IT events are international-level competitions, offering an opportunity for employers to find IT talents.

The above competitions attract more than 700 IT students and 150 trainers from a total of 100 universities and junior colleges across Asia.

In detail, OLP’19 attracts 486 students, whilst Procon Viet Nam sees the participation of 30 teams. 95 Vietnamese teams and 17 others from Japan, South Korea, Singapore, China, Indonesia and Myanmar compete at the 2019 ICPC Asia Da Nang Regional Contest.

2019 is the first year Procon programming event is held in line with the Japanese standards. Outstanding teams competing at the 2019 ICPC Asia Da Nang Regional Contest will be advanced to the 2020 ICPC World Finals, which will be held in Moscow Russia from 21 to 26 June, 2020.
