In the light of rapidly burgeoning technology, after their graduation, IT engineers must access more skills and specialised knowledge to meet the requirements of recruiters; otherwise they are left behind. Encouragingly, many short-term modern intensive IT training models have been developed in Da Nang, thus helping increase number of human resource professionals work for IT companies.

Opened in Hai Chau District late May, IT Expert specialises in offering managerial skills and sources of intensive technology to enable programmers, experts and IT students to enhance their qualifications and productivity.

Every year, Da Nang is in need of about 200 business analysts (BA), whereas IT training facilities can only offer about 100 employees in total, most of whom work for US and European-invested projects.

Apart from BA, IT Expert is also offering courses on artificial intelligence, project management, software development and operation and other related IT aspects. IT Expert has always operated under the motto: “Learning what you need most” and “Learning from experienced professionals”.

IT Expert has to date established training - recruitment partnerships with a number of IT businesses such as FPT Da Nang, Lazada Vietnam Express Co., Ltd and Sioux High-Tech Software Co., Ltd.

Like IT Expert, CodeGym is on course to provide short-term IT professional training. Present in Da Nang since November 2019, Codegym has successfully applied the U.S. originated Coding Bootcamp, which is dubbed as a ‘fast track’ to break into a lucrative tech career.

With lower tuition costs, shorter class times, and a practical learning curriculum, these alternative education establishments are praised for increasing access to a tech education.

Upon graduation, CodeGym trainees gain a high proficiency in such programming techniques as JavaScript, Java, PHP and Typescript languages, and also, can join project teams or work as full-stack programmers.

At present, CodeGym has cooperated with some software companies such as NeoLab Vietnam Co., Ltd., Sun Star Co., Ltd., Rikkeisoft Co., Ltd., and BAP Investment and Technology JSC.

CodersX, meanwhile, a programming community in which experienced people will teach specialised skills and knowledge to beginners.

Besides programming language training, CodersX also places its priority on basic concepts and skills whereby learners can create new languages and technologies by themselves.

Especially, through CodersX's connecting network, after completing their courses, those with proficiency in Japanese will find it easier to seek jobs at Japanese-invested IT enterprises operating in Da Nang.
