At the end of June, the ST United Co., Ltd., headquartered in Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang, officially launched the attractive HEPPI mobile app. Since its launch, this app has been deployed successfully in more than 10 citywide businesses in a bid to help build corporate culture and enhance cohesion between businesses and their staff.

One day, as Mr Bui Ngoc Vinh, the Founder of the ST United Co., Ltd., cum founder of the HEPPI project, stepped into the company at 8:30am as usual. The first thing he did was to use his cell phone to scan the QR code affixed to the front desk to confirm he had arrived at the company on time. Soon after, his account in the HEPPI app was added with 3 ‘coins’ which are equivalent to 3,000 VND.

These virtual ‘coins’ are gradually accumulated in order to be exchanged for free drinks, snacks and others available at the company’s drinking and eating court, or incentives from the company’s partners like exercise cards.

Since HEPPI was launched in late June, everyone in the ST United company has become more active in accumulating coins and exchanging them for the aforementioned ‘gifts’.

The company, itself, has issued a set of regulations for highly-recommended activities and behaviours such as arriving at the company on time, participating in joint activities, helping colleagues, completing tasks and work assignments beyond the targets, and engaging in organising internal seminars. Each positive activity is rewarded with a corresponding number of coins.

The Hai Chau District-based Rubiz company is one of the local businesses to have applied HEPPI. Before HEPPI was used here, this firm had resorted to Excel to make reports on the level of diligence and emulation spirit of its staff members.

“HEPPI shows off the advantage of being quite intuitive, easy to use, and creating interaction amongst the staff members. Instead of using a fairly rigid Excel file which is managed by only one person, Rubiz now encourages employees to use HEPPI app”, thereby ensuring transparency and fairness in the whole company.”, said the Rubiz’s Director Nguyen Van Minh Truong.

In fact, HEPPI help employers manage their finances, create a postive workplace culture, make their employees motivated in the workplace, improve workplace efficiency, and encourage their qualifying employees to ensure their long-lasting attachment, and attract more talented ones as well.

In the coming time, HEPPI will continue to expand its client network. The data relating to businesses on this mobile app will operate independently on cloud computing platform to ensure security.
