The ‘Danang Smart City’ mobile app has been introduced for local residents on a trial basis, with the aim of facilitating public access to guidelines and policies of the Party, the State and the municipal government in a prompt yet effective fashion.

In detail, the app will allow users to search all information they want on such aspects as the handling of administrative dossiers, the travel schedules of bus routes, food safety and hygiene, traffic violations, accommodation establishments, and businesses operating citywide.

Also, users are able to send their constructive recommendations and complaints relating to healthcare and tourism-related services to the municipal authorities, as well as ask for help from the community in emergency cases, through this mobile app.

The app is now working on Android platform in Vietnamese language on a trial basis.

The municipal Department of Information and Communications will be in charge of instructing local residents to install this app on their smartphones, as well as collecting their opinions in order to perfect the app in the coming time.
