The Novaio Technology JSC, headquartered in Da Nang’s Hai Chau District, has developed Workflow software which allows users to undertake business process automation.

Mr Nguyen Quang Nhi, Director of the Novaio Technology JSC cum the founder of the Workflow project, said he came up with the idea of the project after seeing many businesses, including his company, facing some challenges in implementing standardised processes. He added, one of the challenges is the lack of the data connectivity between related departments and offices, resulting in ineffective teamwork.

“Besides, some processes are still done manually on paper because there are no suitable supporting tools. As for the problem of internal dialogue, businesses have used a variety of messaging platforms such as email, Zalo or messenger, so it's difficult for their employees to follow” Mr Nhi noted.

After 6 months of design and completion, the first version of Workflow was born to meet the needs of Mr Nhi’s Novaio Company.

With Workflow, Mr Nhi’s company has solved the problem of the linkage between technical, marketing and sales groups. As a result, the work has gone much smoother in the end.

Mr Nhi said the Workflow can help streamline and automate repeatable business tasks, hereby minimising room for errors and increasing overall efficiency.

This, in turn, dramatically improves your business. Managers can make quicker, smarter decisions and employees are empowered to collaborate in a more productive and agile way.

Currently, a total of about 20 enterprises operating in Da Nang, Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City use Workflow. The majority of them have involved such aspects as project management, service trade, logistics, information technology management and marketing.

Mr Nguyen Van Dat, Sales Manager of the Hai Chau District-based Central Post Construction JSC, said he has used the Workflow platform for nearly one year. He highlighted the significance of the software in helping his sales team effectively manage potential customers and sales tasks on the same platform.
