Virtual QC, developed by the Da Nang-based EM&AI JSC, has finished as a runner-up at Techfest 2020.

In addition to cash and in-kind rewards from the competition’s sponsors, the EM&AI JSC received an angel investors-funded aid package for 3 months to perfect its product and expand its customer network.

Virtual QC is an automated call assessment solution based on EM&AI’s proprietary machine learning technologies such as Vietnamese Natural Language Processing, Speech to text, and Sentiment Analysis & Criteria Mapping.

Based on voice-based artificial intelligence technology, this platform is built for the purpose of monitoring and measuring service quality exclusively for call centres.

Virtual QC system can handle input data with low sound quality caused by contact center working environment, as well as supports voice separation of customers and employees for more accurate evaluation results. It also helps businesses easily train and customise models according to their needs.

Additionally, the platform is integrated seamlessly to existing software of businesses in order to get livestream data, as well as evaluate and deliver results in seconds.

The Ministry of Science and Technology-hosted Techfest is the largest annual event for the innovative startup community in the country.

Themed ‘Adaptation - Transformation – Breakthrough’, this year’s 3-day event featured about 40 different events, such as conferences, seminars, forums and exhibitions, which attracted 6,500 participants in total. All of its live-streamed events attracted at least 35,000 viewers.

Besides, it saw over 120 connections and about 14 million USD worth of investment committed for innovative and startup projects.
