Director of the Enouvo IT Solutions Ltd., Tran Hanh Trang remarked as co-working has become more popular, tech companies around the world have started to build software to help co-working spaces thrive and create the best experience for their members and visitors.

Currently, there are many applications available for managing co-working spaces around the world but they are quite expensive and not suitable for Vietnamese businesses. As a result, the Enouvo company has created SMARTOS, an affordable smart management platform which is suitable for startups along with small and medium-sized enterprises in Viet Nam.

This software’s features include booking calendar, member management, reports, daily checkin/checkout, income/expense management, and invoicing.

It involves three tools: a web platform for managers, a mobile app for end-users, and a space white-label app.

Accordingly, SMARTOS CRM Web helps space providers automate manual tasks, maximise efficiency, and improve member satisfaction. A mobile app allows users who are freelancers, teams, companies that need to look for the workspace to search, book, and connect with space providers easily. The version of space white label app is provided specifically for the space providers to connect directly with their customers to increase the customers’ service satisfaction.
