The Da Nang Science and Technology Innovation Contest for high school pupils during the 2021-2022 academic year is being held at the Nguyen Khuyen Senior and Junior High School.

Organised by the municipal Department of Education and Training, the contest aims to promote the spirit of scientific research and technological applications amongst high school pupils citywide.

This year’s contest attracts a combined total of 158 projects in 22 fields. Of which, 60 projects are made by junior high school pupils, whilst the remaining 98 come from senior high schools and multi-level schools. The total number of this year’s entries is increased by 16 as compared to last year’s.

Under the contest's rules, contestants will present their projects through PowerPoint presentation slides before a panel of judges.

In addition, the contest’s organisers arrange an online examination room for projects with candidates who are F0 or F1cases, residing in areas at COVID-19 alert levels 3 or 4, or staying medical quarantine sites.
