Students in the 7th -12th grades at all public and private schools and educational centers across the city will be allowed to resume in-person learning from February 7, the 7th day of the 1st lunar month)

As for kids in preschools and 1st – 6th graders, based on the actual developments of COVID-19, the Department of Education and Training will make a following announcement.

According to the guidance released by the Department of Education and Training, only educational institutions in the areas with COVID-19 risk levels 1 and 2 (green-low and yellow-moderate alerts respectively) are allowed to run on-campus learning whilst those with levels 3 and 4 (orange- high and red- very high alerts respectively) shall maintain online learning.

Based on the change of pandemic risk level in the locality, the heads of schools must decide on operating online or offline learning, or make a combination, in a proactive manner.
