The Da Nang departments of Education and Training, and Labour, War-invalids and Social Affairs have recently released the results of a short film contest with the theme of drug prevention and control at school in 2021.

After more than 2 months of launching, the contest’s organisers received 50 entries, of which eight were awarded with prizes.

These excellent entries were created by students at the senior high schools of Le Quy Don for the Gifted, Thai Phien and Ong Ich Khiem, and the junior high schools of Le Do , Kim Dong, Ly Tu Trong and Tay Son, and the Tuong lai (Future) School for the Disabled.

As assessed by the contest’s organisers, most of the entries competing at the contest accurately reflected the provisions of the law on drugs prevention and control, with clear content, language, actions, and costumes suitable for the target audience. In particular, they also highlighted meaningful educational messages in content building, scripting, staging techniques and visual materials. Besides, lighting effects and colours, film graphics, and the image and sound quality were every good.
