Over the past month, a student accommodation support team of the Dong A University has been actively involved in helping needy students seek accommodations.

Le Dinh Luong, Deputy Secretary of the university’s Youth Union organisation, said, the team is divided into 3 groups. Accordingly, a group is in charge of consulting suitable accommodations, one is responsible for supporting parents and students to directly see rental rooms and transport their luggage, and the other helps students to get used to new accommodations, especially freshmen on the first day of school.

“The team constantly searches and updates the data of hostels near the university, with a priority given to a radius of less than 5km to make it convenient for students to travel. Currently, the total number of accommodations for students is more than 4,500 ", said Luong.

In addition to helping students seek suitable accommodations, universities have been actively involved in picking up students safely.
