Director of the Department of Information and Communications Nguyen Quang Thanh said that digital transformation is one of the strategic breakthroughs in the socio-economic development of Da Nang.

According to the Digital Transformation Index (DTI) report 2021 of the Ministry of Information and Communications, Da Nang ranked first in the country for 2 consecutive years.

However, digital transformation is a big, difficult and complex task that requires more discussions and consensus on a clear methodology. Therefore, Da Nang is looking for reputable, experienced and methodical technology units to help make plans and designs as well as provide appropriate measures and implementation tools, and help the city successfully implement the digital transformation.

At the workshop, the Da Nang Department of Information and Communications and Bkav Technology Group entered  into a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in promoting digital transformation in the city for the 2022-2025 period.

Accordingly, Bkav will support Da Nang to test solutions, digital transformation applications, Big Data platform for processing and analyzing big data. This tech firm will also help advise and update digital technology for agencies and businesses in Da Nang, serving to solve the big problem of digital transformation.
