The Software Development Centre (SDC) under the University of Da Nang, the Information Technology Office of the municipal Department of Information and Communications, the Da Nang Branch of the Military Commercial JSC (MB), the Bizverse Technology JSC, and the Nai Hien Dong Ward authorities in Son Tra District, together inked a cooperation agreement on building an electronic residential area and a community digital technology group in the ward.

Under the agreement, the relevant units will set up cashless payment streets, encourage supermarkets to promote online shopping and payment services, build e-markets, connect the camera system to serve the monitoring and supervision of local security and order and 54 apartment buildings, and develop digital maps to serve the management of urban order, construction, land and tourism in the ward.

After the pilot implement in Nai Hien Dong Ward, these units will expand the model into other wards in the district.
