Da Nang private university cooperates comprehensively with SEAMEO
Da Nang-based Duy Tan University and the Southeast Asia Ministers of Education Organisation (SEAMEO), on Thursday, entered into a comprehensive cooperation agreement.

Under the deal, the two sides will promote the potential and strengths of each side as well as provide maximum support to take necessary steps to encourage and promote comprehensive cooperation.
The focus will be on implementing programmes and projects on higher education, especially promoting quality, equity, inclusion, gender equality and transnational education.
Also, regional conferences, seminars and training courses will be organized, aiming to promote the professional development of educators in Southeast Asia, whilst regional higher education policy forums will be held.
At the same time, the two sides will carry out a number of cooperation programmes on research and development, exchange and professional development programmes, student-focused programmes and more.
Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) is an international and intergovernmental organization, established in 1965 to promote regional cooperation in education, science, and culture. It has developed regional centers of excellence at 11 member countries in the region and 8 affiliated member countries in other continents.
