The University of Science and Technology - the University of Da Nang, on Monday, entered into a detailed cooperation agreement with the Da Nang Fujikin Co., Ltd (DNFC), a subsidiary of Japan’s Fujikin Incoporated.

Under the deal, DNFC will provide funds for implementing the Fujikin-Danang Research and Development (R&D) Centre project at the city’s Hi-tech Park; training human resources to develop advanced technologies such as robots (including unmanned aerial vehicles); manufacturing new generation advanced medical equipment; using Hydrogen energy; developing new technology using LED, and those related to information and communication, and nano and advanced materials.

The Fujikin-Danang R&D Centre will prioritise recruiting excellent engineers graduating from the University of Science and Technology to work as technicians.

Also, an R&D Lab of the University of Science and Technology will be set up at the Fujikin-Danang R&D Centre for sake of conductinf research and development activities with Fujikin.

At the same time, the University will arrange a suitable space in its smart building to build an R&D Lab with research equipment of Fujikin and the school.
