The Da Nang Department of Information and Communications has informed about the use of the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for training activities on digital transformation and other topics.

Therefore, the Department requires all cadres, civil servants and public employees under the management of government departments and agencies, and localities, along with members of Youth Union organisations and community digital technology groups, and businesses to register for, and complete, the first phase of digital transformation training courses from November 20 to December 10, 2022.

The training programme features 6 basic courses about basic digital transformation, digital transformation in communes, digital transformation at specialised units, platform approach in digital transformation, popularising community digital skills, basic knowledge for businesses to approach digital transformation, digital platform characteristics, and how to effectively operate and implement digital government, digital economy and digital society.
