As part of his ongoing working trip in Da Nang, Governor of Japan’s Kanagawa Prefecture Yuji Kuroiwa paid a visit to the Da Nang University of Architecture on Thursday.

The Japanese diplomat visited architectural drawing classes, zemi classes and construction items sponsored by Japan’s Takara Company.

Sharing its development strategies to 2030, the Da Nang University of Architecture hoped that the Governor Yuji Kuroiwa and Japanese businesses will introduce job opportunities to its students, as well as give suggestions to develop training programmes suitable to higher education goals and graduates' career prospects, thereby meeting the requirements of the international labor market.

The university also asked for support from the Japanese government to transfer training technologies, train Japanese language, renew teaching methods, and provide internship programmes for its students.

In late July 2022, the Da Nang University of Architecture established a representative office in Kanagawa Prefecture.
