The University of Da Nang (UDN), on Tuesday, signed a cooperation agreement with the Viet Nam National University - Ha Noi (VNU) on training, educational accreditation and quality assurance, and scientific research.

Under the deal, the two sides will co-organize competency assessment exams for regular university enrollment, and invite lecturers from both universities to give lectures and participate in councils, courses, and seminars on sharing experience in university ranking.

The focus will be on measuring the quality of education and university governance, exchanging students between member schools of the two universities, and exploiting common databases and digital documents for research and teaching.

Also, importance will be attached to establishing a group of experts to consult policies and solutions to practical problems in the development of local economies and businesses.

Heed will be on conducting research on policies and solutions to drive the post-pandemic economic recovery at localities, enhancing opportunities for learning about and exchanging experiences, and concretizing scientific research into projects to mobilize resources and funding from agencies, organizations and communities.
