On Wednesday, the University of Da Nang (UDN), the Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG), and the Response Consulting APAC Pty Ltd in Australia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on boosting cooperation in education and employment in Australia for local students.

Under the agreement, the two sides agreed to be involved in skill improvement training according to industry standards of Viet Nam and Australia, thereby creating opportunities for Da Nang students to have enough skills and professional qualifications to seek jobs in Australia.

The training route will be carried out mostly in Viet Nam and partly in Australia. Participants will be trained on specialised English, technical process, soft skills, and specific orientations from employers.

In addition, the IPPG and Response APAC will act as a bridge between the domestic labor market and the business network in Australia for UDN students. They will give a helping hand to the UDN to organise an international conference on finance, and train bachelors in financial technology (fintech).

To mark the occasion, the IPPG and Response APAC awarded nearly VND500 million in scholarships to needy UDN students.
