Digital Transformation Award 2023 welcomes applications until June 30
Applications should be summited to the the Viet Nam Digital Awards 2023 no later than June 30 through the website: www.vda.com.vn. Focusing on the unlocking of data potential, the event is operated by the Viet Nam Digital Communications Association (VDCA).
The Awards honour agencies, organisations, and individuals with remarkable achievements in five categories, namely excellent digital technology products, services, and solutions; enterprises and non-business units with excellent digital transformation; state agencies with excellent digital transformation; digital transformation solutions for the community; and foreign products, services, and solutions.
The award ceremony is expected to be held in early October 2022.
The Vietnamese Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) designated 2023 as the “year of data” with concrete tasks and targets, including building and launching databases of ministries, sectors, and localities; unlocking data; and protecting data safety.
Themed ‘Unleash the potential of digital data, this year's award still maintains 5 categories that have been voted and awarded in previous years, including: typical digital technology products, services and solutions; excellent digital transformation enterprises and units; State agency excellent digital transformation; digital transformation products and solutions for the community; foreign products, services and solutions.
After 5 years of organisation, the Viet Nam Digital Transformation Award has approached more than 13,000 agencies and businesses in 63 provinces and cities nationwide attracted nearly 1,400 entries, honouring nearly 350 typical digital transformation initiatives and excellent digital transformation agencies and organisations.
Da Nang has been honoured for 3 consecutive years at the award in the category of ‘Excellent Digital Transformation State Agency’ with the following products: Da Nang Open Data Service Portal in 2020; a shared data warehouse in Da Nang in 2021 and the Da Nang Digital Citizen platform in 2022.
