A training course on boosting digital transformation in the field of trade promotion and e-commerce took place in Da Nang on Wednesday.

Hosted by the Da Nang Department of Industry and Trade, the event provided more than 100 establishments, cooperatives, associations, businesses, and small traders with necessary information, knowledge, and skills to effectively use digital transformation solutions, thereby applying and gradually improving production and business capacity and expanding markets.

The Department of Industry and Trade highlighted the important role of digital transformation among organisations and businesses in doing business on social networking sites.

To effectively exploit the potential of digital transformation, businesses, cooperatives, and business households need to be continuously trained to update knowledge and skills to take advantage of digital transformation in each production and business field.

At the training course, participating units were informed about plans and programmes for digital transformation and e-commerce in the field of industry and trade. They were guided on digital transformation solutions such as digital signatures, digital public accounts, QR online payments, and online public services.

Thanks to this, businesses will build online sales plans and scenarios (livestream) suitable for customers; apply AI artificial intelligence technology in business activities; and promote transparency and digitization of unstructured processes.
