In detail, the municipal Department of Information and Communications topped the group of departments, divisions and branches with a set of administrative procedures.

Meanwhile, the city’s Investment Promotion and Support Agency ranked 1st in the group of units under the municipal People's Committee without a set of administrative procedures.

The Da Nang chapter of Viet Nam Social Insurance took the lead in the list of city-based centrally-run agencies.

As for the district-level PCs, Thanh Khe District PC took the first place.

Compared to 2021, the Department of Information and Communications and Thanh Khe District secured their top positions in the rankings for IT application in 2022. The rankings are based on the following criteria: IT infrastructure, its application, employee involvement, and investment policies in the sector.

The Da Nang government required agencies and district and ward/ commune-level administration , especially those in lists of the ‘medium and low tier’ to exert greater efforts to implement IT application promotion measures in the coming time.

The focus will be on urgently reviewing and updating the detailed digital transformation plan for the 2021-2025 period, and the annual digital transformation plan, ensuring a comprehensive implementation approach.

Heed will be on urgently building and specifying a list of specialised databases and plan and roadmap for digitising, collecting, standardising and completing specialised databases before November.

Importance will be attached to reviewing current infrastructure, computer statistics, and equipment; as well as having 100% of computers to be installed with anti-malware software as required.
