Promoting digital transformation in Da Nang vocational education
Recently, in Da Nang, the Viet Nam Association of Vocational Education and Social Work Profession in collaboration with the Da Nang College of Commerce organised a seminar on digital transformation in schools and solutions to build digital capacity assessment tools.

According to the Viet Nam Association of Vocational Education and Social Work Profession, the Prime Minister's decision approving the digital transformation programme in education, training and vocational education, sets specific targets. In detail, 50% of the schools in the vocational education system will be digitalised, and in the immediate future, 50% of the high-quality schools will be digitally -converted schools.
To achieve these goals, schools need to promote transformation in management, as well as teaching and learning processes.
The presentations presented at the seminar clarified the application of information technology in the digital transformation process, the organization of modern classrooms and the usage of digital technology in vocational training, the application of information technology in creating and managing such as digital capacity and capacity assessment tools, the opening of educational resources competency framework, Google's digital toolkit and other digital tools for learning and work management.
At the same time, the delegates shared ideas, experiences and the best strategies to build and develop digital colleges, fully tap the power of technology and digitalisation to improve the quality of vocational education.
