The Google I/O Extended Mien Trung 2024, themed “Sync4Success” is scheduled to take place in Da Nang on July 6, with the expected participation of 1,000 programmers, information technology (IT) students and experts, speakers and start-ups.

This is the eighth time the event has been held by the Da Nang Business Incubator (DNES) and Google Developer Mien Trung.

The annual Google I/O Extended Mien Trung is dedicated to the soft developer community in Central Viet Nam and Central Highlands regions. It is a local version of the Google I/O, an annual developer conference held by Google in Mountain View, California.

The Google I/O Extended Mien Trung will give participants the opportunity to not only update Google's latest technologies but also discuss many topics to suit the needs of each locality.

Aside from main workshops, there will be an IT community connection exhibition. This year’s event will focus on developing AI apps, providing in-depth introduction to technology application development with Android, and synthesising current and future technology trends.
