App on searching tourist destinations wins UniHack 2024

The app focuses on exploiting unique, little-known tourist destinations, and at the same time, ensures that the introduced locations are of good quality and suitable for each person's interests.
Meanwhile, team Long Tail Hamster has been the runner-up with the project "Spoter - Millions of Destinations". This is a social networking application where travel enthusiasts can share real experiences and objectively evaluate destinations. With the unique 3D screen travel feature, users will have a realistic view of their destinations.
UniHack 2024 was jointly organised by the Google Developer Student Club under the Da Nang University of Science and Technology, and the Google Developer Group Cloud Danang. It was opened to students who are passionate about technology and programming in the Central region.
Themed “Digital Tourism”, the competition has provided the good opportunity for young people to apply their knowledge to achieve the goal of contributing and raising awareness of the National Digital Transformation project and improving the quality of tourism services in the city.
In addition, the “Digital Tourism” projects "incubated" during the contest will continue to be developed and improved by the teams so as to bring breakthrough technology solutions to tourism sector of Da Nang in particular and Viet Nam in general
