On Saturday, the 2024 National Chinese Speech Contest, held in Da Nang, concluded at Duy Tan University. The competition was jointly organised by the city’s Union of Friendship Organisations in collaboration with the Consulate General of China in Da Nang and various schools and institutions.

The final round featured 32 contestants who showcased exceptional skills in content delivery, pronunciation, and visuals, demonstrating both their proficiency in Chinese and their passion for Chinese culture and arts.

During the final stage, the top 9 contestants competed by answering a common question posed by the judging panel. Le Vu Thanh Thao earned the first place, while second prizes were awarded to Ban Thi Kim Ngan, Nguyen Pham Minh Thu, and Nguyen Thi Khanh Hong.

In addition, the organisers presented 5 third, 23 consolation and 2 special awards to recognise talented contestants for their outstanding performances.
