As of 5.00 pm on 25 June, the number of confirmed coronavirus (known as Covid-19) cases around the world has jumped to 9,548,886.

Three more patients have tested positive for coronavirus in Viet Nam, bringing the total number of Viet Nam's cases to 352 people, according to Viet Nam's National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control figures released on 24 June evening. The Committee said all new cases were all imported, meaning they are Vietnamese citizens returning from Kuwait, and they were quarantined after entering Viet Nam. Latest update from Viet Nam's National Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control states that on 25 June afternoon, no-one in Viet Nam were positive for the potentially deadly virus. It means the total number of cases in the country still stands at 352, with no deaths. Statistics released by the Committee show that Viet Nam has seen 329 people recover from the deadly illness. This means the percentage of patients who have recovered from the coronavirus in the country currently reaches 93.5.

Thus far six people have been diagnosed with the disease in Da Nang, and all of them have been cleared of the virus.
