The prolonged impacts of COVID-19 have significantly changed the consumption habits of customers across all fields including tourism. Therefore, in order to meet people’s travel demand in the new period of adaptation to COVID-19, “contactless tourism” or “touchless tourism” is considered to be a solution as well as an appropriate direction to help the industry flexibly develop and adapt to the pandemic.
