The Vietnamese Ministry of Health has recently issued guidance for home-based taking care of children infected with COVID-19. Accordingly, it is not allowed to arbitrarily use antiviral drugs, antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, steam inhalation for children infected with COVID-19 at home. In particular, if children experience any below-mentioned signs and symptoms, their caregivers should notify medical staff or take them to the hospital immediately.
