Under the Da Nang - Summer Rendezvous 2013 programme, a wide range of exciting activities were held at the Eastern Sea Park on Pham Van Dong Street last Saturday afternoon.  The event drew much attention from locals and visitors.. 

In detail, an annual "Tourism Relay” competition for waitresses saw the participation of 50 contestants from 20 local hotels, restaurants and bars.  A parade of impressive, decorated, cyclos from the city’s Tourist Cyclo Team provided local residents and visitors with a tour along Pham Van Dong and Bach Dang streets to advertise this year’s programme.  Most notably was a parade of “huge” motors, which was organised for the same day.

In addition, the event featured displays of sail boats, jet-skis, banana boats and parachute surfing at the beach, plus the Art Football Festival and an X-game bike performance.
