The Da Nang International Marathon Competition 2013, entitled “Da Nang - A Festival Day of the Sun and Sea”, took place in the city on Sunday morning.  The 3-race event saw the participation of around 3,400 runners in total.  There were overseas competitors from 25 countries and territories including Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, New Zealand, South Korea, England, the USA, France, the Netherlands, Germany, South Africa, Canada and Colombia.
