Between 22 and 28 July, 34 volunteers from the city’s Youth Union, accompanied by reporter Ngoc Doan from the Da Nang Newspaper, went to the southern Sekong and Salavan provinces of Laos to carry out voluntary work.

During their one-week stay in Laos, the volunteers gave free medical examinations and medicines to local residents, and presented gifts to poor local families.
