A collection of 20 colour photos by Vietnamese professional photographers, entitled “Old but not Alone”, won a gold medal at the 2014 International Artistic Photography Competition which was held in Italy in March.
The event, which took “Friendship and Solidarity” as its theme, was jointly organised by the International Federation of Photographic Art (FIAP) and the Italian Photography Association. It attracted a large of number of photographers from 28 member countries of FIAP, including Germany, Holland, Russia, Norway, Sweden, Croatia, Finland, Poland, Japan, Singapore and Viet Nam.
