On Wednesday afternoon, 3 Russian naval ships docked at Da Nang’s Tien Sa Port at the beginning of a 4-day visit to the city.  They are the destroyer Bystry, the oil tanker Boris Butoma, and the rescue vessel Altai, all commanded by Rear Admiral Yuldashev Aleksandr Yurevich.
