Cemeteries of local heroic martyrs

Over recent years, the Da Nang authorities have made sure that the various martyrs' cemeteries across the city are well maintained.

The aim is to express the national tradition of “when drinking water, remember its source”, and to commemorate the heroic martyrs who laid down their lives for the nation’s re-unification, as well as to educate the younger generations about the country’s fine revolutionary tradition.

Here are some photos of local martyrs' cemeteries taken by Huy Dang, a freelance photographer for Da Nang Today.
