The 2019 South Central Region and Highlands Artistic Photography Festival took place in the Great Unity Square in Gia Lai Province’s Pleiku City from 28 April - 1 May.

Co-organised by the Viet Nam Artistic Photographers Association and the Gia Lai Province Literature and Arts Association, the 4-day event featured a total of 177 outstanding photos taken by 130 photographers from 10 provinces and cities in the south central region and highlands.
