Enjoying emotional journey with fireworks display by Team Italy
On the third night of the ongoing Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2019 (DIFF) on Saturday, 15 June, the fireworks performance by Team Finland was followed by Parente Fireworks Group from Italy.
This was considered as the much awaited performance because the Italian team were crowned champions in the Da Nang International Fireworks Competitions, currently known as DIFF, in 2011 and 2012, and were the runner-ups in 2013.
Italian contestants did not hide their joy as competing in the annual fireworks event for the fourth time. They highly praised the great efforts made by the municipal authorities in ensuring the success of the event, and the organisers in enhancing the quality of the event year after year. In addition, they were very impressed with the enthusiasm of the audience.
The Italian team’s performance had ‘Drops’ as its theme. It featured a journey from the place where emotions are born up to the place where they become universal. Drop by drop the show river flow merges to become one with a long way of an emotion that is born, grows, and dugs the world with its force, changing it.
The team brought to this year’s event the most advanced pyrotechnic technologies in the hope of treating the audience with an extremely emotional performance. Accordingly, a total of 2,000 fireworks and over 200 different pyrotechnic technologies and effects were used during the 21-minute-long show.
The fireworks performance featured a perfect combination of colourful fireworks display and lively support music with famous classical and POP songs namely Beethoven's ninth symphony, ‘On Earth as it is in Heaven’, ‘Let it go’, and ‘Fall on me’.
Visitors experienced the emotional journey from forming, developing and bursting through the superb performance of the Italian team with special light and music effects.
