Heavy rains from storm Conson flood some streets in Da Nang

Heavy rains from Storm Conson on Sunday, September 12, caused flooding in some parts of Da Nang and left some roads underwater for many hours. Torrential rain brought difficult driving conditions and severe flooding in some places.
