The expanded APEC Park is expected to be inaugurated on Monday, January 10. The main items of the project have been completed in readiness for being put into use, serving the sightseeing needs of both local dwellers and tourists and becoming a new landscape highlight on the western bank of the iconic Han River.

The highlight of the expanded project is the kite-shaped dome entitled ‘Da Nang – High Flying Kite’ which was made of nearly 200 tonnes of raw steel and installed by the Ha Giang- Phuoc Tuong Mechanical Joint Stock Company.
