A delegation of Da Nang’s leaders, led by the municipal People’s Committee Chairman Mr Van Huu Chien, successfully ended its 4-day visit to Cambodia last Friday with a meeting with the Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia, Mr Ngo Anh Dung. 

Chairman Chien highly appreciated the efforts of the Vietnamese Ambassador and the Embassy’s staff in boosting bilateral cooperative relationships between Da Nang and Cambodian localities.  The city leader asked Ambassador Dung to continue his efforts to promote specific cooperative programmes between Da Nang and Cambodian provinces.

Ambassador Dung spoke highly of Da Nang’s cooperative programmes with north-western provinces of Cambodia.  He remarked that these programmes have made a significant contribution in strengthening the long-lasting friendship and cooperative relationship between Viet Nam and Cambodia.
