The Da Nang Committee for Religious Affairs met on Wednesday with local Catholic dignitaries to wish them and their followers a happy and peaceful Christmas and New Year. 

The Committee’s leaders spoke highly of the local Catholic and Protestant dignitaries for their efforts to encourage their followers to implement the city’s guidelines and policies, fulfil their duties to God and the nation, and make significant contributions to the city’s progress.

The Catholic and Protestant dignitaries thanked the Committee’s leaders for their care, and for providing favourable conditions which allow religious followers to practise their faiths in the city.  They promised to become even more actively involved in the city’s policy on education socialisation to contribute to the city’s development.
