On Monday afternoon, the Da Nang People’s Committee Vice Chairman, Mr Vo Duy Khuong, played host to the Kazakh Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Viet Nam, Mr Beketzhan Zhumakhanov.  He said that he would like Da Nang and Kazakhstan to boost their bilateral cooperation in those aspects which are their strengths.  

The city leader also took the opportunity to ask local relevant agencies to promote bilateral trade exchange activities with Kazakhstan to seek suitable partners for mutual benefit.

Mr Zhumakhanov said that he was very impressed with the city’s rapid changes over recent years.  He remarked that, given its considerable achievements, Da Nang deserves the title as the most dynamic city in the central region and highlands.

The Kazakh diplomat also said that Kazakhstan wants to boost bilateral cooperative relations with Da Nang in tourism and seafood exports in the near future.
